The Greatest Blessing

Have you seen or heard of a Down syndrome child who is as active or chatty as Li-Ann? She is a blessing!

Li-Ann is curious and always asks ‘why’. I simply love her! Li-Ann is so normal that I cannot imagine that she has Down syndrome. Even though she has Down syndrome, I don’t feel that way. She is as lively and carefree as any ordinary child that I feel that she is so…unique.

Li-Ann likes to play “Doggy” and “Cappuccino” (the name of a monkey). She loves to be a speaker and will tell her make-up audience about her toys. She also has indescribable fun “playing” with her imaginary friends – Ni Ni, Ti Ti, Mei Mei, Biloh and Jo-An.

Li-Ann is a real jewel. She can never be compared with a diamond, or the most luxurious car, or the most expensive piece of man’s creation. She is such a cute baby that God would love to hear her sing praises to Him every day as she is doing now.

From the lips of children and infants
you have ordained praise
because of your enemies,
to silence the foe and the avenger.

Psalm 8:2

  1. The happy environment you’ve created for your children have made them such a blessing. You and CM’s trust and faith have seen you through so much. Blessed be God forever!
